Q: Is it suitable for children?

A: Our attraction is recommended for ages 13 and up. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult, and we advise against bringing very young kids due to the intense nature of the scares.

Q: Will actors touch me?

A: No. Our actors are trained to get close—but never touch. We ask the same of you: no touching the actors, props, or sets.

Q: How long does it take to go through the haunted house?

A: Most visitors take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete the experience, depending on how fast you run!

Q: What happens if I get too scared?

A: If you need to exit early, our staff are trained to help you find the nearest safe exit. Just alert the nearest actor or staff member and we’ll guide you out—no shame in that!

Q: Are there any strobe lights or fog machines?

A: Yes, we use strobe lights, fog, loud sound effects, and other sensory triggers. People with epilepsy, asthma, heart conditions, or similar sensitivities should take caution.

Q: Do I need to buy tickets in advance?

A: We highly recommend buying tickets online in advance to reserve your time slot. Walk-ups are welcome but not guaranteed, especially on busy nights.
